Rubithon Event Registration Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy for Rubithon event registrations. Please review it carefully before registering:

• Registration canceled 21 days or more before the event: Refund of registration fee, minus a $35.00 processing fee.
• Registration canceled 20 to 8 days before the event: Refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• Registration canceled 7 to 1 day before the event: Refund of 20% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation on the day of the event or after: No refunds; 100% of the registration fee is non-refundable.

Extra Merchandise: NO refunds will be issued for additional merchandise purchased with your registration.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
